The holiday flat Moky A1 is a mezzanine and has been renovated and furnished in a comfortable and functional way.

Bright living and dining room with dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, German filter coffee machine, moka, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
There is a large comfortable sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and double French door access to the private terrace and enclosed west facing garden. There is a garden table and chairs.

Large bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and double French door access to the east facing rear garden. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two and a wardrobe. It is suitable for up to 6 people with the possibility of a small travel cot. In the bathroom there is a large shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. A clothes rack, ironing board and iron are available. All windows are fitted with shutters.

This flat is ideal because there is always sunshine whenever you want, either in the front in the enclosed garden or in the back garden with two deck chairs and a small table and chairs. It is located next to the communal swimming pool (12mx4m) which is open from mid-May to mid-September (depending on the weather).
In addition, the property has a parking space in the underground garage.

Residence Moky offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is in a very convenient location, in just 15 minutes walk you can reach the historic centre and the historic walls of the Scaliger Castle and also the famous beach of Lazise.

Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out at 10.00 am.

– Late check-in: after 19.00 € 30,00 will be charged / after 22.00 € 50,00 will be charged.

– Pets are welcome on request, + € 20,00 per pet for the whole stay.
